Pink Shirt Day

Our students showed they cared today by wearing pink (and also lots of red and white) for pink shirt day.  We have been reading books about ways to stop bullying. Each student created a pink shirt to display in the hallways with an anti-bullying message.  We have watched a great video clip about being an Upstander.  We learned about 4 ways to stop bullying.

3. Speak Out

4. Tell Someone

Our Bird Celebration Day!

We wanted to share some photos from our amazing bird celebration day!  We were so happy that many families were able to attend the morning.  Our students and their family member or helper enjoyed participating in six bird centres.  Enjoy the photos!

Kindergarten Electives

Instant Zoo Visit!

 

Our students really enjoyed a visit during electives from Instant Zoo.  The zoo brought a variety of animals for the students to touch, learn about and experience.  Many of our students were very brave during their interactions with the animals.  We have included some photos from our time with the Instant Zoo!  Enjoy!
